Add your creator name, niche, content pillars, preferred platforms, and default currency from Settings.

1. Open Settings from the workspace menu.
2. Complete Creator profile and Planning defaults.
3. Choose Save Settings.

Use Add Idea to save a title and useful angle before adding dates, captions, or production details.

1. Choose Add Idea.
2. Enter a title and optional summary.
3. Save it as Idea, then move it through the workflow when ready.

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. Reset links expire after 30 minutes, and recovery codes remain available as a backup.

1. Open Sign In, then Forgot password.
2. Enter the email used for your UpNext account.
3. Open the reset link or choose the recovery-code option.

Check spam, confirm the address is correct, then use the resend option. Avoid requesting several messages at once because older links may expire.

Instagram linking works through Meta's official authorization screen and supports Professional accounts made available to the approved UpNext app.

1. Open Connected Accounts.
2. Choose Connect Instagram.
3. Approve the requested read-only permissions on Instagram or Meta.
4. Return to UpNext and allow the first analytics refresh to finish.

Use Refresh now first. If the authorization was revoked or expired, reconnect the account. UpNext keeps previously imported snapshots private.

UpNext can only show Pages and metrics permitted by your Page role and the permissions approved for the UpNext Meta app.

1. Open Connected Accounts.
2. Choose Connect Facebook Pages.
3. Select the Page you manage and approve read-only access.

If Meta does not provide API access for your profile type, use manual Insights entry instead. UpNext does not invent missing figures.

TikTok uses its official authorization flow. Availability depends on TikTok's production approval, account eligibility, and the scopes shown during connection.

1. Open Connected Accounts.
2. Choose Connect TikTok.
3. Review the requested permissions, then authorize the account.

A Sandbox connection is limited to approved test accounts. Normal creator accounts cannot use it until the provider grants production access.

Choose Add manually in Insights and enter only the metrics shown by the platform. Blank fields stay unavailable instead of becoming zero.

UpNext uses interactions divided by reach when available, then views, then followers. The denominator is always shown beside the rate.

Connected analytics are eligible to refresh every 48 hours. Daily synced snapshots are deduplicated so a refresh does not create duplicate records.

Switch the Content workspace to Board view and move items through Idea, Planned, Creating, Ready, and Published.

1. Open Content.
2. Choose Board view.
3. Drag a card or use its Move control to change status.

Ready content can open a copy-ready pack containing the caption, hashtags, first comment, CTA, links, and publishing checklist you prepared.

Add a planned publishing date to a content record. Unscheduled ideas remain visible below the calendar until you give them a date.

Use Export to Google Calendar to download an ICS file, then import that file into Google Calendar or another compatible calendar app.

Complete your profile, audience, services, proof of work, and visibility choices. A public link exists only after you save a unique slug.

Upload a JPG, PNG, or WebP image up to 5 MB. A square portrait gives the cleanest result.

Open Settings, then Privacy & Data, and choose Download My Data. Secrets, password hashes, and social authorization tokens are excluded.

Settings → Privacy & Data includes permanent account deletion. Read the confirmation carefully because active creator records cannot be restored in the app.

Toggle the theme once and refresh the page. UpNext stores the preference only on your device. Clear that site preference if the browser keeps an older theme.

Keep the page open, check your connection, and try again. If the error includes a short reference code, include it when contacting support.

YouTube is planned after Early Access. You can still plan YouTube content and enter available analytics manually.

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube do not expose identical data. UpNext shows unavailable fields honestly and keeps manual entry available.
